The governors of St Bartholomew's C of E Primary School wish to appoint two Lunchtime Supervisors to work in our school starting as soon as possible.

Role 1: 4-5 hours/week, term time only.  Working hours are 12.15pm - 1.15pm Monday to Friday although a  4 day week role would also be considered.

Actual salary: £2,758.per year based on 5 hours/week (£23,322 FTE)

Role 2: 8.75 hours/week, term time only.  Working hours are 11.30-1.15pm Monday to Friday.

Actual salary: £4,826 per year  based on 8.75hours/week (£23,322 FTE)

The role of lunchtime supervisor is an important one and will ensure that children are playing and eating in a safe and friendly environment. Applications are invited from people who enjoy working with children as part of a team, and who are also patient, calm and kind individuals.  It is the duty of the lunchtime supervisor to watch, help, monitor and supervise the pupils during their lunchtime session in accordance with the aims and values of the school and ensure children have a positive lunchtime. Please refer to the job description attached. 

Role 1 would mainly be based outside on the playground/field ensuring children have a positive lunch time session. 

Role 2 would mainly be based.in the hall supervising children whilst they enjoy their lunch with some outside supervision also.
