An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Transformation Trust’s HR team as HR Apprentice situated across two primary academies in the Trust’s East region. As the HR Apprentice you will be supported by the Regional HR Business Partner whilst studying a CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and people-focused individual wishing to develop a career in HR.
You will be an integral member of the team undertaking duties across a range of HR and payroll activities including recruitment and selection, data management, reporting, compliance, payroll and pension administration, benefits & reward and general HR administration.
Naturally, an existing business subject (or similar qualification) would be very useful, as would any current work experience, but it’s your outgoing nature, flexibility and willingness to learn that will matter most.
