What Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for the following key areas:
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to EYFS and KS1 classes, while maintaining a positive learning environment that fosters curiosity and engagement.
• Supporting students' learning, engagement, and behaviour in line with our established school policies, ensuring that all children feel valued and included.
• Ensuring continuity and progression in the absence of the class teacher, helping students to remain on track in their learning journey.
• Adapting to different classroom settings and diverse learning styles with confidence and professionalism, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to student success.
