This is a really exciting opportunity to join a new ambitious leadership team in a fantastic school within a supportive local community. We are looking for a SENDCo (qualification not essential) to work part time (3 days a week) to oversee our SEND provision. We work closely with our feeder school The Mead Infant & Nursery School so there may be opportunities to grow the role across the schools in the future.
- We are looking for someone to work three days a week overseeing our SEND provision, working closely with our Teacher of the Deaf and our Deputy Head (inclusion lead).
- We are looking for someone who is adept at building trust with children, families, and external agencies.
- We are looking for someone who loves children and passionately wants to give them their best.
- Although the role is based at Auriol Junior School, there will be opportunities to work with our feeder school (The Mead Infant & Nursery School) securing a successful transition for the year 3 children as well as potential future plans to grow the role across the two schools.
