The Role
As a HLTA, you will:
Deliver high-quality, targeted support to pupils, helping them grow academically and personally
Work closely with Teachers and Senior Leaders to raise standards and outcomes
Lead whole classes in the absence of a teacher
Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and pupil welfare at every level
Act as a role model, promoting the values and ethos of both the school and the Trust
This is a role for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and deeply committed to supporting every child’s journey.
