Broadmere Primary School are looking for a qualified Class Teacher and Assessment Lead to join our supportive and dedicated team.

As a Class Teacher and Assessment Lead you will be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class and lead on the whole-school assessment strategy, ensuring it is rigorous, well-evidenced

and is easy to communicate to pupils and parents, ensuring equality of opportunity for all. You will work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with children, parents and carers, governors, other staff and external agencies in the best interests of our pupils.

The ideal candidate will have high expectations for the children including a commitment to ensuring that they can achieve their full potential. You will be motivated and committed to the management, teaching and support of the children in your class, and will demonstrate strong subject and pedagogical knowledge.
