Contract: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Teachers’ Main - Upper Pay Scale (Surrey) £34,398 - £52,490 (TLR2 of £3,527)

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils

Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the phase, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils

Monitor pupil progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour

Requirements include:

Essential

Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent

Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development
