A small 11-16 school which prides itself on its pastoral support for students is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support the education of our students and ensure they meet their full potential academically and personally.


LSA’s work with a range of students with varying needs and we welcome applications with a variety of backgrounds, including those from our local service families who may be looking for short term posts, or from newly qualified T Level Teaching Assistants.

The successful candidate will:

• have an ability to engage young people;

• be committed to ensuring every child receives the education needed to reach their potential;

• be a motivated team player with good communication skills;

• have an ability to work unsupervised;


This position is for 30 hours per week - 8.30 - 3pm over a 37 week term.
