Here's a great opportunity to work with a friendly team in our nursery class which caters for ages 3+.  The nursery is part of our Early Years Unit at school, so shares the dedicated EYFS outdoor space with Reception and the curriculum is planned jointly.  The nursery is well resourced with lots of inside and outside space.  As well as the nursery class teachers, there are 3 other nursery practitioners and additional staff at lunchtime.  This role may include working 1:1 with children with additional needs

This is a term time only role working 36.8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Pay – £17,830 actual (£24,330 FTE) for 32.5 hours per week.

Start date - ASAP

We are an outdoorsy school set in 5.5 acres, with our own smallholding, including farm animals and an allotment.

We have an excellent track record with staff development; many of our teaching assistants have gone on to train as teachers or have undertaken further specialist training for their role. As part of the Bourne Education Trust, there are further potential career opportunities too.

• Free refreshments

• A commitment to staff wellbeing

• Ongoing training and development
