We are seeking a SENDCo to join our team at Broadmere & New Monument Primary Schools, part of Bourne Education Trust.
About Broadmere Primary School
Broadmere School, located in Woking's vibrant Sheerwater community, is a one-form entry primary school for children aged 2-11. We work closely with New Monument School, sharing a senior leadership team to ensure cohesive and high-quality education.

Location: Broadmere & New Monument school
Contract: Full time, permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (Surrey) £34,398 - £52,490, SEND allowance and a potential TLR3 for defined project work

Requirements include:
Essential
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- NASENCo/NPQ qualified or commitment to achieve qualification within the statutory time limit of 3 years
