Would you like to make a difference and help shape the lives of our pupils? We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to work Monday to Friday, term time only (plus one training day). 9.00am -12.00pm. This role will include working 1:1 with children with additional needs.

Fixed term contract until 31st July 2026

Required to start as soon as possible.

We are an outdoorsy school set in 5.5 acres, with our own smallholding, including farm animals and an allotment.

We have an excellent track record with staff development; many of our teaching assistants have gone on to train as teachers or have undertaken further specialist training for their role. As part of the Bourne Education Trust, there are further potential career opportunities too.

The salary is £24,330 full time equivalent, £8,230 actual for 15 hours per week, 36.8 weeks per year.
