Would you like to make a real difference and help shape the lives of our pupils? We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team Monday to Friday, term time only (plus one INSET day), working from 12:00pm to 3:20pm.

The role includes providing lunchtime supervision and support for a pupil/s, followed by classroom support for the remainder of the school day, helping children to engage in their learning and reach their full potential.

Start date: 4th January 2027
Fixed Term contract until 20th July 2027

We are an outdoorsy school set in 5.5 acres, with our own smallholding, including farm animals and an allotment.

We have an excellent track record with staff development; many of our teaching assistants have gone on to train as teachers or have undertaken further specialist training for their role. As part of the Bourne Education Trust, there are further potential career opportunities too.

The salary is £25,132 full time equivalent, £9,295 actual for 16 hours 40 minutes per week.
