We are seeking to appoint a motivated and committed Head of Year to lead and enhance the educational and pastoral experience of a cohort of students within Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4. This is a fixed-term position to provide maternity cover.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to shape not only the journey of a year group but also to lead and inspire a team of Form Tutors. Term: Fixed term until 31 December 2027 (The post is subject to the satisfactory completion of a 26-week probationary period)
Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks (Term time + 2 weeks)
Working Day: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday - 8:00am to 3:30pm (times are non-negotiable)

Actual salary: £31,345.55 - £33,831.10
