GLF Schools is seeking a highly motivated and creative Communication, Marketing and Engagement Associate to join our Teaching School Hub team, starting in September 26, with the option of an extended induction across June/July. This is a fixed term role until July 2027, with the potential to extend.
Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications, marketing, and engagement strategies that support teacher development across Initial Teacher Training (ITT), the Early Career Framework (ECF), and National Professional Qualifications for education leaders (NPQs).
GLF Teaching School Hub works with over 400 schools, supporting teacher professional development, offering the chance to collaborate with schools and wider education partners from across the region.
Working closely with the Teaching School Hub leadership team, you will:
- Lead and deliver innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage and develop digital platforms, including website and social media
- Drive recruitment and engagement across our programmes
- Build strong relationships with schools, trusts and external partners
- Use data and insight to evaluate impact and inform strategy
This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, digital expertise and a passion for education, partnership working and impact at scale. You will join a collaborative, kind and ambitious team committed to growing the reach, visibility and impact of professional development across our region.
Over time, for the right candidate, the GLF Teaching School Hub would support/fund further training and development through a digital/marketing apprenticeship.
This is a hybrid role, with a base at The Beacon School in Banstead, and offers flexibility around the 21.6 hours a week and term-time-only working.

The Details
Salary: Senior Specialist £34,429 FTE ( £17,771.44 pro rata based on the part time hours)
Hours: 21.6 hours a week, over 39 weeks a year (term time only)
Location: This is a hybrid role, with a base at The Beacon School in Banstead
Contract: Fixed term until July 2027, with the option to extend.
Start Date: September 2026 (option of extended induction June/July 2026)
