As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will:
- Lead a school-wide commitment to high aspiration, early help and high-quality teaching for all.
- Champion the reforms so that all children, especially those with SEND or who are disadvantaged, experience
- earlier support, clearer pathways and stronger outcomes.
- Turn “Every Child Achieving and Thriving” from a vision into a lived reality for students, staff, and families.
- Build the confidence, capability, and collective efficacy of colleagues so all learners experience belonging, challenge, and success.

About de Stafford School
de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school
located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The
school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves
predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students
residing within the CR3 catchment area.
