We are working alongside GLP Training to deliver a Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship. This programme is tailored for those aspiring to lead in the vital field of facilities management.

Your Opportunity:

Facilities Management Supervisors play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our school buildings by combining resources and activities effectively. On a day-to-day basis, these supervisors ensure a safe and efficient working environment, for both staff and pupils in all school premises. The core activities in this role include organizing and delegating tasks, finding innovative solutions to problems, and implementing risk assessment plans to safeguard against potential issues.

If you are passionate about premises and facilities, and you have a positive "can do" attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. 

The Details:

Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship

  • Applicants should hold a GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C minimum in Maths and/or English. If you do not hold one of these qualifications, we may be able to support you in completing your Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths or English alongside the apprenticeship programme. 
  • Duration of the programme is 14 months. If the apprentice works part-time time the programme will be longer
  • The training is a blended delivery model which occurs on the job during working hours. You will be provided with a mentor to support you during your apprenticeship 
  • The apprenticeship training costs will be covered by the GLF Apprenticeship levy fund (£5000) 

In addition, you must 

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have been resident in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary Details: Under 18 - £14,133.60 / 18 - 20yrs £18,720 / 21yrs and over £22,857.12 FTE

Hours: Full Time or Part Time considered (52 weeks per year)
