We are based in Newbury in Berkshire which in itself is in a beautiful area of the country and provides good access to Oxford and London. Park House School joined the Greenshaw Learning Trust on 1st September 2022. We are proud members of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a ‘family’ of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing our own distinctive character.

Salary: NJC Grade H Scale 23- 26 £30,151 - £32,909 FTE

Actual salary £26,334- £28,742 Salary will be determined subject to appointment

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week Term Time plus all INSET days

Job Purpose

  • To enable all students to develop the habits of self-discipline.
  • To fulfil our commitment to disruption free learning, every minute of every day.
  • To support the day to day running of Ready For Learning (RFL).
  • To provide students of concern with high quality interventions to reduce the risk of suspension.
