We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join our friendly, supportive team at our Oak Field SEN Base, as part of Wood Field Primary School from 1st September 2026.

About the role:

As a SEN Class Teacher, you are the primary architect of a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to students with diverse Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Your role goes far beyond traditional instruction; you are responsible for the holistic development of your pupils, adapting the curriculum through highly personalized learning intention maps (PLIMS) to ensure every child can access learning at their own pace.

Oak Field is a highly specialist primary base for children with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We are a small, nurturing and inclusive provision, built on a strong foundation of community, ambition and shared purpose.
