Overview:
The Art and Technology team is made up of a team of experienced teachers who are passionate about the technology subjects both in the classroom and beyond. A heavy focus on CPD and constant development is a key feature of our school as a whole but also within the Art & Technology team. Subjects included within this team are Art, Catering/Food Science and Design Technology.
We offer GCSEs in DT, Art and Catering and we are about to start offering A Level Art and A Level Photography in September 2024.

Job Purpose:
To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher/Tutor.
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
