Teacher of Health and Social Care (0.8FTE)
This is a permanent contract due to start in September 2024
Salary: Sixth Form College Pay Spine Point 1-9 dependent on experience
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Health and Social Care and/or Adult Nursing to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and manage effective delivery of an outstanding Health and Social Care curriculum, to ensure all our students make excellent progress.
The successful candidate would need to be suitably qualified or experienced to teach Health and Social Care and preferably on our Adult Nursing T Level. A PGCE or other teaching qualification is essential.
You will have outstanding interpersonal and classroom management skills and be relentless in your commitment to the success of all those that you teach and will be a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with colleagues and is happy to go the extra mile.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
