Careers & Progression Assistant (Part Time, Term Time Only)
Salary pro rata: £20,474 (Actual: £13,318.74)
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Careers & Progression Assistant to join our IAG team, with excellent communication skills and an in depth knowledge of independent careers advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have at least a Level 4 qualification in careers guidance.
With specific responsibility for guiding students in their education, training and work choices, the successful candidate will have a strong influence on their future progression.
A good knowledge of Universities, subject courses, UCAS, non-academic career choices, gap years, volunteering and work experience is essential for this role along with the ability to build a rapport with young people.
Experience of event planning is also beneficial. The post holder will be required to work 28 hours per week on a term time + 1 week only basis.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
