Central Administrator - Core Curriculum

20 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks' per year)

Salary: £20,670 FTE, Actual £9,604.46


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic Central Administrator (Core Curriculum) to join our MIS team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the majority of administration within the college. This will include the upkeep of course information, sending correspondence for our staff especially our academic team, processing student absence and efficiently dealing with ad-hoc administration requests.


The candidate will also be required to assist with the upkeep of current students’ records and files, including personal data and processing change requests. Candidates must have excellent customer service, prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as a high level of IT proficiency and attention to detail.


The successful candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks). The job role will predominantly be based at St Vincent College in Gosport, although you may sometimes be required to attend our other Trust site at Richard Taunton in Southampton.


All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
