We are looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who can be a strong role model to join us to support students with physical and learning needs. A commitment to the cause of inclusion of students with disabilities to mainstream education is essential.

The successful candidate will provide one to one and small group support for identified students, assisting in creating a supportive learning environment which enables them to develop increased independence and learning.

• Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2023
• 22 hours per week
• Term-time only (37 weeks)
• Salary: FTE £20,281 (£9,832.70 pro rata)

Ideally, you should:

• Be well motivated, passionate and well organised
• Have significant knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent
• Have Grade C passes in English and Maths, or equivalent

A good sense of humour and a flexible nature is essential!

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service application.
