A range of Science specialisms at Level 2 and some Level 3 required

Hours of work: 12 teaching hours per week (0.48 FTE)

Salary: Sixth Form College Pay Spine Point 1-9 dependent on experience

This is a temporary contract (maternity cover) starting as soon as possible

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who has drive, energy and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding Science teaching in post-16 education.

We currently have a vacancy for a teacher to deliver the BTEC Applied Science and GCSE Combined Science curriculum, with some Applied Human Biology also required.

Our expectations of our students are high. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to inspire and motivate students to achieve, as well as be committed to raising standards in the college on our journey to becoming an outstanding institution.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake referencing and an enhanced DBS check.
