TRUST TIMETABLING & CURRICULUM OFFICER


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic Timetabling & Curriculum Officer to join our MIS team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, producing and maintaining staff and student timetables across the Trust. This will require effective liaison with staff and Senior Management as you will be required to lead on the curriculum planning process and maintaining the curriculum set up in the MIS systems. The candidate will also be required to assist with additional room bookings, timetabled events and exams timetables. Candidates must have excellent customer service, prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as a high level of IT proficiency and attention to detail.


The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. The job role will predominantly be based at St Vincent College in Gosport, though you will also need to be able to travel to our other Trust site at Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton.


All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary: £23,731 FTE (actual salary £23,731)
