We are seeking to recruit an administrative assistant to work at this brand new primary school.
With this being a new school, opening with just one class in the autumn term, the successful applicant will need to be prepared to be flexible with their duties as it will be all hands on deck!
In its first year, Greenstone will have just one class in the Foundation Stage. This administrative role will support the school in its development during its early stages. It is proposed that working hours will be 8.00 a.m. until 11.30 a.m. Monday to Friday.
As a Forest School we strongly believe that nature nurtures creativity and empowers children to take ownership over their learning, fostering independence and providing the freedom to take risks whilst developing confidence.
At Greenstone, we believe regular contact with nature is essential for holistic, healthy child development and we will provide regular, invaluable outdoor learning opportunities as an integral part of our curriculum.
Being part of the Lionheart Educational Trust you will have access to a range of staff benefits including Benenden Health Care, reduced gym membership fees, golden time (one day a year paid leave), free flu jabs and eye tests.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks, therefore, all posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
The Trust strives to be a diverse and inclusive place where all staff have a seat at the table: a seat to be free, a seat to inspire, a seat to challenge and a seat to succeed.
We currently have staff networks for staff who are Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer + (LGBTQ+), staff who would describe their background as working class and staff with a disability.
Please note CV's WILL NOT be accepted.
