This is a term-time plus 2 week permanent position (40 weeks per year ).
Salary - Grade 6 Point 9 ( Actual Salary £22,104 ).

Job Purpose
• The post holder will be a member of the Care and Guidance Team and will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the student attendance system.
• Produce and analyse data in line with current Ofsted requirements, and respond pro-actively by engaging with students and families
• Work to improve attendance across the school.
• To act as a key representative with teachers, tutors, parents and carers to ensure they are supported throughout their time at school.
• To work as part of a team, supporting teaching staff, support staff, SENDCO and Heads of Departments/Years.
