We require an excellent and innovative Teacher of English which will include Head of Year with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

The English department at Martin High School are dedicated to working as part of a close team. Through the support of each other and extensive centralised planning, they engage our learners to bring about the very best outcomes at KK3 and KS4. We are looking for an inspirational teacher who can further strengthen our team.

Head of Year

• Provide inspirational leadership of all aspects of the allocated year group’s school life

• Set high standards and expectations for all pupils and staff

• Maximise achievement, attendance, punctuality, behaviour, care and academic progress across the cohort

• To secure high levels of engagement with staff, pupils, parents and the wider learning communities.
