Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Fixed Term until July 2026
Hours: 25 hours per week,
Working Weeks: Term time plus one week (39 weeks per year)
Grade: Grade 5 - £25,191 annual salary; £14,564 actual salary

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking to appoint several strong candidates to support teaching and learning at The Newbridge School in Coalville. These roles are varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
a proven ability to work on their own initiative.
a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
the ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
a can-do attitude.
a commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
