Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Salary: Grade 8, Point 15–18, starting salary £28,605 pro-rata (2026 pay award pending)
Contract: Part-time (25 hours per week), permanent, all year round
Location: Hybrid: Beauchamp College Oadby, with travel to Trust schools, and up to one day a week working from home.

Join Lionheart Educational Trust's central marketing team and play a key role in supporting schools across the East Midlands. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll deliver dynamic marketing campaigns that support pupil admissions, strengthen school reputations and engage communities.
No two days are the same. From creating social media graphics, writing prospectus copy, creating marketing plans to meet school objectives and analysing campaign data to inform future plans, you'll provide hands-on support for a hub of schools and help bring their stories to life.
We're looking for an organised and adaptable marketer with creativity, strong communication skills, an understanding of marketing principles and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns. This is a fast-paced, hands-on marketing role; you must be willing to get stuck-in with administrative tasks, while enjoying the autonomy to devise creative plans for your hub of schools.
