Requirements:
We are looking for someone to work under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Pupil Premium students to support in closing the disadvantage gap at The Castle Rock School.
The successful candidate will advocate and champion the needs of our students who are eligible for Pupil Premium, and other premiums, by working to remove barriers to learning for these students through the focused support on their personal and academic development. The role is an excellent opportunity for candidates to develop responsibility across the whole school by engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders.
