Grade 7 pay point 11 , 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. FTE pay £22782 (Actual pay £19493)

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and highly organised individual who has excellent communication skills to join our team. The Sims & timetable officer role is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. If you are a team player, have a desire for helping others and excellent interpersonal communication, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise these skills.
Working closely with a dedicated team of colleagues who support the school’s activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the SIMS database and the maintenance of staff and student timetables.
The ideal candidate should have experience of using SIMS and strong ICT and communication skills. We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors. Continuous training will be given to further enhance your development within the school.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, governors, pupils, contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
Excellent IT skills.
Practical experience in word processing, excel and email.
A passion for working with children.
YOU WILL HAVE:
Experience with working with young people.
The ability to work on own initiative.
Communication with parents on a professional basis.
The successful candidate will also manage the student admission process and complete the whole school census.
