We are seeking to appoint a motivated and highly organised individual who has excellent

communication skills to join our team. The Design and Technology is based on a Textiles role and having a food background would be beneficial but not necessary. Martin High School is a dynamic and focused 11-16 Academy in Anstey, Leicestershire. Our community and passion for quality first teaching is at the heart of Martin High School. We achieved a ‘good’ in our most recent ‘Ofsted’ inspection and look forward to appointing a candidate who is excited to join us on our road to ‘outstanding’.

All staff are responsible for the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults; we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS clearance.

We currently have staff networks for staff who are Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer + (LGBTQ+), staff who would describe their background as working class and staff with a disability.
