We are seeking a passionate, committed and inspiring SENCO and Team Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and help us deliver our vision for pupils with SEND at The Cedars.

We are an inclusive community at The Cedars. As well as our mainstream SEND provision, we have a large specialist speech and language unit and a small bespoke SEMH school called Endeavour.
You will lead a large team of excellent LSAs, and, working with our Assistant Principal for Endeavour, you will have the opportunity to strategically shape SEND provision at The Cedars
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting pupils with SEND, the ability to motivate and inspire a large team, and the drive to make their vision a reality.
For our part, we will provide a kind and supportive working environment,
training opportunities, a seat on our leadership team, and a significantly reduced teaching load of no more than 20%.
