Hours: Part-time - 22.5 hours per week/ 38 weeks per year ( Working Pattern 07:30am - 09:00am then 03:00pm - 06:00 pm )
Salary: Grade 7 ( Actual £13,210 )

Are you passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children outside of school hours? Newhall Junior School is seeking a dedicated Wraparound Care Manager to lead our Before and After School Club provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality wraparound childcare.
Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for pupils.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
Promote inclusion, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Manage and support a team of childcare assistants.
Maintain compliance with OFSTED, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
Oversee resources, food provision, and budget management.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in childcare or education settings.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
Willingness to undertake training in First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding.
