Lliswerry High School is a thriving, multi-cultural, 11-18 mixed comprehensive school on the eastern side of Newport close to the M4. We currently have a superb opportunity for an inspirational teacher to join our successful team delivering the Skills Challenge Certificate qualification in KS4 and KS5. The successful candidate could have experience in teaching Skills Challenge Certificate or experience of teaching Welsh Baccalaureate, but this is not mandatory as full support will be given to those without experience.
We are looking for an excellent NQT or experienced practitioner who will help our learners develop and demonstrate an understanding and proficiency in essential and employable skills ranging from Numeracy and Digital Literacy to Critical Thinking and Problem Solving. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the supportive Teaching Team. It is anticipated that the person appointed will:
