Walton Oak Primary School is a two-form entry primary school with a nursery in Walton on Thames, Surrey with a diverse catchment and a wonderful team spirit. The whole school team is committed to ensuring a safe and happy environment where children love learning and thrive. We have a strong reputation for working collaboratively with other local schools and are constantly on the look-out for opportunities to enhance our provision. The right candidate will be joining a strong, professional team of enthusiastic staff who will work alongside you in a supportive and constructive way.

The post of Inclusion Leader will be an integral part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will not only support Inclusion across the school but also add to the strategic vision and direction of Walton Oak in the years to come. Walton Oak is part of the Lumen Learning Trust and as such plays an important part in the development of not only our school but for all the schools in the Trust.

We are looking for the right person to join our team ideally from 1st September 2026, but would consider appointing later, on a full-time or phased start basis, for the right candidate.
