Oakthorpe Primary School are welcoming applications for an exciting position of a part time School Administrator to work every day from 12:00 – 3:30, with the possibility of some flexibility.
We wish to appoint a hardworking and adaptable administrator to join our supportive school team. This role will be integral to the school and the community it services. There will be a number of administrative tasks that need to be completed each day which include: registers, attendance, dinner numbers, emails, letters and the general organisation of the school office. This role will be the first point of contact for parents’ visitors and members of staff.
With administrative experience and excellent IT skills, you will have a proven track record in delivering effective administration support and providing a high-level customer focused service. Experience in an education environment is not essential but would be preferable.
