We are looking to appoint 3.2 teachers across several subject areas and willing to consider applications for these on a full time or part-time basis.

Our Latest OFSTED report from June 2022 shares how ‘Pupils are friendly and polite. Pupils know what is expected of them. They enjoy learning about a wide range of subjects. Pupils listen carefully to teachers and respond well to their questions. Pupils conduct themselves well.’ As a school we are very proud of the pupils we have and their attitudes to learning.

Due to the nature of the school this role would be suitable for a practitioner from a Primary, Secondary or Middle school background. We will encourage and support all teachers appointed to Selwood Academy to embrace teaching across both KS2 and KS3.

- Displays a clear vision and passion in their teaching and can motivate those around them.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
