Hours will be on a two-week rota basis where possible and working alongside our existing Site Supervisor to ensure core hours are covered (core hours are 7am-7pm). We are currently seeking a competent, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our site team and work collaboratively with our existing Site Supervisor and Operations Manager. We are open to negotiating finer details of this job opportunity with you but will vary anything from Site Assistant level to Site Supervisor level so let us know what you think suits you at this time.
Site Supervisor - Grade 13 Points 6-11 £23,893-£25,979 dependent on experience. (£12.38-£13.47 ph + lettings & shift allowance)
The successful applicant will ideally have a range of building, facilities, repairs and maintenance skills and knowledge as well as a level of supervisory or project supervision experience.
Site Assistant - Grade 14-15 £20,812-£21,968 dependent on experience. (£10.98-£11.38 ph + lettings & shift allowance)
If you possess a more basic level of the desirable knowledge and skills and are seeking a role that will offer you development opportunities, or the chance to support a team without management responsibilities, the site assistant role may be more suitable for you.
Shift allowance is paid in addition to basic salary. Servicing of Lettings that take place during out of hours are also paid in addition to the core salary.
As part of the Site Team at Selwood, you will ensure the environment, both inside and out, is maintained to a good standard that guarantees the site is fit for purpose and safe, thus enabling children to learn to their full potential. As a key holder, responding to security call outs on a rota basis is required. An opportunity to service Lettings and undertake overtime is offered on a rota basis also but are paid in addition to basic salary. Therefore, a flexible attitude to working hours is required and will be discussed further at interview.
