The role is varied - no two days are the same, so you must be enthusiastic and willing to think outside the box to find solutions to a range of HR issues. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and good communication skills, you will be required to build effective relationships with our school leaders and employees. Initially 15 hours per week, we are looking for someone with a flexible approach who can adapt their working pattern to meet the needs of schools we support.
