JOB OVERVIEW.
We are looking to appoint a full-time teacher to lead our Bumble Bee Base provision. This role will involve working with a small, carefully selected group of children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with specialist or DSP provision named. It is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the opportunity to design and shape both the provision and the curriculum. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to create a nurturing, structured environment and develop a curriculum that is tailored to meet the needs of the pupils, ensuring the right balance of support, challenge, and personal development.
You would also work closely with the SENDCo and wider staff team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality approach to inclusion across the school.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
