Salary: Grade 7 - Actual salary £30,621 - £33,052
A unique opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic Careers Leader to join Orchard Mead Academy, part of The Mead Educational Trust.
We are seeking to appoint a careers leader who will support the creation and implementation of a compelling strategy for developing a careers programme at Orchard Mead Academy.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly committed to our students and success. We are looking for someone who will show flexibility, reliability, resilience and will have excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to motivate others and lead by example.
The ideal candidate will:
- be self-motivated, organised and flexible;
- have an understanding of administrative processes
- ability to present information
- show respect for pupils social, cultural, linguistic, religious and ethnic background.
