Actual salary: £25,432 - £27,592

FTE: £29,779 – £32,308

37 hours per week, Term Time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days

Start Date: 24th August 2026

Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 4.00pm

Friday 8.00 – 3.30 pm (with ½ hour lunch daily)

We are looking to appoint a confident, flexible, and enthusiastic individual. Work will include the supervision of whole classes during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff; delivery of pre-prepared exercises; managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable working experience for anyone considering wanting to join the teaching profession via SCITT, PGCE, Schools Direct or Teach First.
