🌟 About the Role

The Mead Educational Trust (TMET) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our dedicated and forward-thinking central team.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver creative, effective marketing activity that promotes TMET and its family of schools. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Trust’s social media channels, websites, newsletters and events, ensuring all communications are engaging, consistent, and aligned with Trust values and brand guidelines.

Working collaboratively across the Trust, you will also support wider communications and engagement activity, helping to build and maintain a professional, positive public profile for TMET and its schools.

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

• A professional, caring, and adaptable approach, with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships across teams

• Proven experience working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to gather stories, shape content, and edit, design, and distribute engaging newsletters for staff and stakeholders

• Creative flair and confidence in producing eye-catching marketing materials for both print and digital platforms using Canva

• The ability to support and coordinate professional photography and filming shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content

• Enthusiasm for helping to deliver impactful Trust-wide annual events, including liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the smooth coordination of goods and services
