🌟 About the Role

At Brookvale Groby, we have a new position open for a Student Support Administrator to join a friendly administrative team, to provide a calm, welcoming, professional and efficient front-line reception service for students at BGLC.

Job overview

To be the first point of contact for students seeking assistance with day-to-day matters, including attendance, first aid, welfare needs and general enquiries

Hours of work

37 hours per week term time plus 3 weeks additional hours; 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday.

Job requirements

• Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English

• Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis

• Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills

• A high level of verbal and written communication standards

• Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines

• Previous first aid experience, preferably in an education setting
