• Excellent communication skills to update the trust on the effectiveness of provision for pupils with SEND, engaging in a cycle of self-evaluation and improvement planning
• Solution focused expertise alongside a strong coach that enables others to thrive.
• The confidence and ability to communicate the trust’s vision for SEND, enhancing practice in all settings and creating an equitable offer across TMET Primaries.
