About Us

Teaching and learning is at the heart of everything we do here at Hareclive – though keeping children safe must always be our main priority. We take all aspects of safeguarding extremely seriously.

At Hareclive:

  • We expect and nurture the best behaviour and attitudes to education – as these are central to pupils achieving academic success.
  • We have very high expectations of our learners- and in return we are committed to providing them with the very best environment in which to learn.
  • Our values show that we place emphasis on individual achievement whilst building an awareness and understanding of others.

The academy is a caring community that values personal, social, moral and emotional development as well as academic and creative achievement.

We want our children to embrace opportunities to fulfill their potential and to become responsible citizens of the future. When academy and home work together we can ensure they will become independent life-long learners, able to adapt to changes and challenges they may face.

Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a visit to our academy – we’d be proud to show you around!

Our Ethos and Values

Badock’s Wood E-ACT Academy’s ethos reflects a belief that all of our pupils deserve the right to an outstanding education. The pupils at our school are at the centre of all that we do. The academy promotes three core values which are at the heart of all teaching and learning and are shared values amongst all pupils and staff.

As an academy we foster, nurture and encourage children’s aspirations

As an academy we provide exciting, challenging and dynamic opportunities where children reach their full potential

As an academy, we provide an environment which is positive and creative for children to learn in.

An E-ACT Academy

E-ACT is a multi-academy trust responsible for 29 academies across the length and breadth of England.

We are proud to be part of a community that includes over 18,000 pupils and 2,500 teaching and non-teaching professionals across the country.

What it means to be part of E-ACT

As an E-ACT academy we can collaborate and share ideas with other academies within the trust in ways that schools may not be able to.

E-ACT supports its 29 academies through four regional clusters in London & Bucks, Midlands, North and the South West. We can rely on support, when it is needed, from teams of regional experts on both educational and non-educational matters.

Think big, show team spirit, do the right thing

Most importantly, by being part of E-ACT our students feel part of something much bigger. By encouraging our students to think big and believe that anything is possible, by showing them the importance of team spirit and by teaching them to carefully think through their decisions to do the right thing, we know that every one of our students can realise their full potential.
