Learn - Grown - Thrive

Welcome to Belong Learning. Our mission is to create educational communities where children and young people with unmet needs can learn, grow and thrive.

We operate two Ofsted registered schools based in Gloucestershire and Devon, catering for students with an Education, Health and Care plan for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Our teams of Teachers and Learning Coaches deliver small group learning activities with a focus on empowering students to develop their capacity for learning and build and foster their emotional wellbeing.

Our Schools are informal by design. We deliver safe, calm and orderly groups where learning is often project based with a consistent thread of literacy and numeracy intervention and a personalised curriculum, all tailored to meet the specific needs of our students. We are registered with the QCA and exam boards and deliver qualifications from Unit Awards to GCSE’s.

Our curriculum emphasises emotional wellbeing, including personal social education and healthy living and eating and is delivered within a context of high support, nurture and positive peer influence.

We design individual learning plans to enable and measure progress. As our students learn, grow and thrive, we work together with families and other professionals to ensure step-changes build into positive transformations in individual young peoples’ lives.  Our aim is to enable all of our students to leave us equipped to continue to achieve and become thriving, successful adults in a modern world.
