Currently the school exists on the site formerly known as Rumney High School and students from Llanrumney joined the school in September 2013 after the closure of their school. There are currently 996 pupils at the school and this is expected to increase as we look forward to opening a brand new, purpose-built facility in September 2016. The new school will be co-located with Cardiff and Vale College.

Our vision is to develop outstanding provision and improve outcomes for all. We expect our staff to motivate and inspire our students, challenging them to achieve their best. We attract students from a wide range of backgrounds and we are determined to support them on their learning journey.
